When will your order ship ?

Your order will ship once your credit card is verified and approved to be charged (we contact the credit card issuing bank, and verify the information on every order before charging the card). Each credit card goes through the AVS (Address Verification System).We must have the correct Name and billing address for the credit card, for approval.Our cut-off time to ship is 2:00PM EST. If your order is placed before 2PM EST, it will ship the same day once credit is approved; if placed after 2PM, then it will ship the very next business day. RETURN POLICY

We will not accept returns on watches showing any sign of wear. (We do not sell used watches) If you are planning to return the watch, please do not size it. (do not remove any links from bracelet) There is a 15% restocking fee (this will cover your credit card processing fee and other costs). Restocking fee will be waived on watches sent for exchange. (for equal or greater value watch). You will pay for shipping of new watch sent for exchange ( a watch that was too small or big that you ordered and we shipped correctly by model #) can be exchanged as long as $5.95 is encolosed with the return package. Products sent back due to defect will be exchanged free of shipping charge. It is your responsibility to ship the watch insured and via a traceable shipping method. Freight charges are non-refundable. ($5.95 will be charged on orders shipped free)in addition to restocking fee if applicable.
